Character Descriptions

Sherlock Holmes: Legendary detective of literary notoriety - post-Moriarty downfall, he is now a miser
Ebenezer Scrooge: An older, wiser Scrooge after his change of heart following the events of A Christmas Carol
Tim Cratchit/other ensemble: Grown up Tiny Tim who survived his childhood illness thanks to a close relationship with Ebenezer is now a doctor caring for children
Additional characters as determined by director
Emma Wiggins/other ensemble: Young member of the Baker Street Irregulars gang of children who previously brought intelligence to Holmes
Additional characters as determined by director
The countess/other ensemble: An old flame of Holmes's and a prior character featured in "A Scandal In Bohemia"
Additional characters as determined by director
Dr. Watson/other ensemble: The close friend and support of Holmes is now estranged from the detective.

Audition Preparation

*A dramatic reading no more than 3 minutes long from A Christmas Carol or any Sherlock Homes work

*Audition will consist of cold script reads

*No voice audition is required but Christmas Carols to be part of production
